West Malaysia: RM 7.00 flat rate. Free shipping for orders above RM 80.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM 13.00 flat rate.

How long does delivery take?

East Malaysia: 5–7 working days.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Self-pickup is available at our store:

What are your store hours?
Tuesday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday: Closed

How do I arrange pickup?
Select 'Pick up in store' at checkout. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email when your order is ready.

🍪 Product Shelf Life

How long do the biscuits and pastries last?
Our products are freshly made and best consumed within 2–4 weeks when stored properly in a cool, dry place.

How should I store the products?
Keep in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not refrigerate unless stated on the packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking (FPX) via Billplz, supporting major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and more.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right.
